Who Can Vote

  • Valid registered members with active membership ID
  • Members jinki profile verification complete ho
  • Members jinke mobile/email par OTP authentication enabled ho

Voting Schedule

  • Nomination Window: 01 June - 07 June
  • Candidate Final List: 10 June
  • Online Voting: 15 June (10:00 AM) to 16 June (6:00 PM)
  • Result Declaration: 18 June

How to Vote

  1. Membership ID se login karein
  2. OTP verify karke secure dashboard open karein
  3. Candidate list me apna vote select karein
  4. Final submit karne ke baad confirmation receipt download karein

Important Guidelines

Secure Process

Voting platform end-to-end encrypted process use karta hai. Duplicate vote automatically block hota hai.

Identity Verification

Each member ko one-time OTP and membership validation ke through authorize kiya jata hai.

Digital Acknowledgement

Vote submit hone ke baad digital acknowledgement ID generate hoti hai future reference ke liye.
